* Approximate year.  All prices and availability are subject to change.  Any equipment, machinery, parts or accessories are purchased “AS-IS WHERE-IS” and with no warranty or guarantee of any kind, expressed or implied, of any nature whatsoever, including without any limitations, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purposes.  It is the responsibility of the Buyer to inspect the equipment as to its condition before the sale.  In the event of a sale, the Buyer is responsible for any taxes, fees, permits and transportation of any equipment that may be purchased.  The Buyer is responsible of dismantling and removing the equipment from the Sellers property within 30 days of the date of final payment unless otherwise agreed to in writing by all parties.  The buyer accepts all responsibilities for his equipment after final payment, insurance and liabilities.  The Seller accepts NO responsibilities for the equipment after final payment has been made.  The Buyer on removal of his equipment from the former owners site will provide the necessary insurance as per the Rules and Regulations of the Respective Company. The Buyer agrees that he will abide by any and all company rules and regulations while on the former owners site.  All equipment to be paid 100% in US Dollars before any work or removal from the site.
